㈜하늘별바다(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 처리방침을 둡니다.Haneulbyeolbada Co., Ltd. 회원 관리, 상품 주문·결제·배송, 고객 문의 응대, 법령상 의무 이행을 위해 이용합니다.Used for member management, product ordering/payment/delivery, responding to customer inquiries, and fulfilling legal obligations.用于会员管理、商品下单·支付·配送、客户咨询应答，以及履行法律规定的义务。

회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 거래기록(계약·청약철회·대금결제·소비자 불만) 등은 5년, 표시·광고 기록은 6개월 등 법정 기간 동안 보관합니다.Personal information is destroyed without delay upon membership withdrawal. However, under relevant laws, transaction records (contracts, withdrawal of subscription, payment, consumer complaints, etc.) are retained for 5 years, and records of display/advertising are retained for 6 months, per the statutory retention periods.会员退出时将立即销毁个人信息。但根据相关法律法规，交易记录（合同·撤回订购·货款结算·消费者投诉）等保留5年，展示·广告记录保留6个月，按法定期限保管。

회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 배송(택배사), 결제(결제대행사) 등 서비스 이행에 필요한 범위에서 동의를 받아 제공할 수 있습니다.The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent. However, it may be provided, with consent, to the extent necessary for service fulfillment, such as delivery (courier company) and payment (payment gateway).公司未经用户同意不会向外部提供个人信息。但在配送（快递公司）、支付（支付代理机构）等履行服务所必需的范围内，可在征得同意后提供。

보유기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄·소각하여 파기합니다.Personal information whose retention period has elapsed or whose processing purpose has been achieved is destroyed by irrecoverably deleting electronic files and shredding or incinerating printed materials.保留期限届满或处理目的已达成的个人信息，电子文件将以无法恢复的方式删除，纸质文件将通过粉碎·焚烧方式销毁。
